So lets take the case of our very first dabang, dabang shri irfan solanki. Dabang Solanki was in news today by showing his ability to speak Hindi slang, shouting on woman IAS officer and misbehaving and attacking the guard deputed for protection of the women officer.
The Mr.dabang had a peculiar complaint quite homogeneous to complaints made by such notrious creatures(read MLAs & MPs). He wanted the charge of theft of electricity to be removed from the people of his kind. Why? don't know? may be they did not just want to pay the bills.
So what action is expected against him?Any guesses. We might have to wait to see how much soon and effectively the complaint filed by the woman officer results into an action upon the dabang sahab.
Now lets rewind back the whole episode and re-think the whole episode by replacing the dabang sahab by a common poor man.
Step 1:-He requests to meet woman officer and is denied permission, once , twice , thrice......
Step 2:-Finally he gets to make a complaint to the officer about his situation(we consider it genuine) but is told bluntly and clearly that he have to pay the fine/go to jail.
Step 3:-He protests...................a....a....mistake.
Step 4:-The sleeping Dabang in the guard wakes up and results into severe beating of our own very poor man.Is charged with attempt to murder, attempt to disrupt a Government officer from doing his work, atrocity act for calling names to lower caste guard etc.,
Step 5:-Poor man goes to hospital bribes dabang male nurse for free marham-pati and goes home becomes dabang himself and beats his wife black and blue.
Step 6:-Pays the fine and prays his local God never to abandon him again.
Moral of the story: It does not matter from which section of society you belong(poor, middle or rich) but if you try to go by seedha rasta, you are going to meet some dabang for sure.
Punishment to Dabang vidhayak : -After winning next election, grant of minority portfolio.
Update: Irfan Solanki has been booked on complaint filed by the IAS officer.
